KOLOBOK - Salvador Dali

I interpreted this book "Kolobok" in the Salvador Dali style.
This is a fold-out book, the illustrations for which I painted with watercolors in the 2010.
The illustrations are made so that they work both independently on each page and as a continuous strip.

Fairy tale "Kolobok Dali"

Once upon a time, there was a Kolobok, who ran away from his grandmother and left his grandfather. Because he considered himself the head, and that he knew more than others.

Seeing the rabbit, Kolobok immediately began to tell him his life priorities. And the rabbit, who was polite, listened and remained silent. But when he realized that it was all empty, he left Kolobok.

Kolobok imposed his thoughts on literally everyone, everyone he met.
When he met the majestic giants, then... They simply passed by him, not paying attention to his chatter.

And when he met the burning giraffes, he began to nag them about his own things. They tried to explain to Kolobok that this was not right. But he stubbornly stood his ground.
Then the giraffes left, leaving his words in the void.

But Kolobok continued to look for free ears. And when he rolled up to the red-haired woman, he immediately began to "teach her reason".

Since then, no one has seen Kolobok again...
